I brought in my 1969 GTO with a star chip in the windshield. From calling to setup an appointment to leaving with my completed repair, everything was great. The pricing is very reasonable, everyone is helpful and kind, and they are a long standing local business.

I had Monroe glass come out and install new windshields in my Peterbilt semi after I had the truck painted. The truck was all prepped (windows pulled and glue removed) and ready to install. The seals are all pulled out and said it was because of the packaging. I get a bill in the mail a month later for $705. I called and said something has to be done because that’s ridiculous to pay that much for absolute hack job. All they said is they’d come pull the windows out if I’m not willing to pay. I would take my business elsewhere!

COMPLETELY SATISFIED!!! Made the call to get shelf for old hutch. Diane was Amazing!!! She checked with the guys and called me back and It was cut and ready within an hour or so. It fit perfect!! Price was amazing!! Love Monroe Glass!!!!

Called to get a quote on replacement windshields for my semi. Was quoted over double as glass works in Edgerton, WI. Was told it was going to be $370 a piece. Quoted for both sides at $350 at glass works! Shop around people. I'm all for helping out local business but this is ridiculous!

This is a well established glass company. I have had them do multiple windshield replacements and repairs. I don't need their service often but the work is always high quality and the service is friendly
