How Satisfying Was The Service (1-10)? 7, We were happy with the end results of the repair done on our Toyota Prius (see the attached pictures). My reasons for rating them 7 is stated below 👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾 Monroys’s Customer Service; There’s a huge need for improvement in this area. Honest and consistent communication is vital in conducting business with people, whether or not things are going per customers’ wish and if building clientele is important. One of the issue for us was that most of the time they didn’t answer their phone, you’d leave a message and no one calls back within reasonable amount of time. Absolutely did a great job on my Silverado Great customer service. Asked for a couple of custom changes no problem took care of it. Would absolutely recommend.

Got rear ended pretty bad on my 2023 Mazda CX-5. They did a great job and my car looked brand new again. Would highly recommend and come back for any future repairs.

I didn't actually get service done here but Henry was super helpful in helping me find someone to service my vehicle after we discussed my budget for my repair. That's good customer service to help your customer get the job done even when the money isn't going in your pocket. Thanks for that.
