Highly recommend Monser Brothers. I needed work done pretty often on my 2000 Toyota, and they were always able to get me in quickly and for a very fair price (sometimes even more than fair for a consistent customer). They got me in the week of Thanksgiving to repair an exhaust leak (for free), even as I told them I would be selling the car and moving out of the area. An extremely trustworthy business.

John and the crew are knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and go above and beyond for their customers. Highly recommend!

I just used Minser brothers for the first time. My daughter is hours away from me at school five minutes from their shop. Suddenly every light on her dashboard lit up, from check engine to traction control and several others. I was apprehensive sending her to a mechanic so far away that I didn't know. They diagnosed the problems and did the repair for $138. I did not know what to expect, and I could not be more pleased with their honesty and professionalism. I am so happy to have a reputable mechanic so close to where my daughter lives moving forward. JOHN at Monser Brothers kept me posted and was very polite and patient on the phone. My brother and I got a flat on the way from NJ to Cooperstown. We called and they told us to come right in. Long story short, they were quick, friendly, and most of all completely honest...they had us, with no other options, but were able to provide us a really great cost-effective option...you don't see that type of honestly much anymore. We don't live nearby, but we'd be customers for life if we did. Thanks, guys!
