Upon arrival from picking up my car, as soon as I drove off my tire was flat. I changed it in front of the towing place as my friend discussed with the employee about my tire. He proceeded to say, “Well you drove it off.” I let it go. As I continued to drive, I noticed my steering wheel wasn’t aligned. Again I took it to a shop, to get an alignment. The shop let me know that the tie rod was bent, the only way for this piece to be bent in the way that it was is if it were from a tow hook. They were doing grab and goes when my car got towed. I wouldn’t be surprised if they were trying to tow as many cars as possible before people found out so they can proceed to make a quick dollar. It was late at night and whichever driver towed my vehicle uncarefully hooked my car wrong and completely mess
