STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - NO CARE FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE! On September 12th around 5:54pm, Monster Towing and Road Services came to pick my Cadillac CTS. My car would not go into drive or reverse. My car was under the original certified pre owned warranty, so Cadillac sent this company to pick up my car. While trying to get my car on the towing truck, the company rammed my car into a curb and caused damage to the underside of the bumper, along with several scratches/bumps (just watch the first video).
