Prompt response. I needed a tow because of a blown tire. Bob was really kind and efficient. That same tire developed a bubble tire next day. I called to request that he put the spare tire on, which he did - on a Sunday. Great customer service.
Prompt and professional experience. My Volkswagen broke down on the taconic and Bobby came and handled it seamlessly.
