Hands down the best experience ever. We broke down at middle of travel, We had called another tow company and they were not very reputable. We were given this company information from another customer who saw us in distress. So we called. We couldn't be happier with the service and the price. These guys are crooks they sold me a transmition and got my credit card numbers and made 3 transactions off my card for over $1000. I had to call the fraud department and get my credit. Ard canceled. Do not give them your credit card numbers. They are total crooks.

Unscrupulous. Owner needed a confirmantion code for an amount that was not discussed. Did not give the code and ended the conversation. Person said they use paypal but would not go this route. As others have stated, DO NOT give your credit card or debit card information to them. I had to cancel my card as a result of their unethical practice.

They've got the parts with them, but they delay in response. Delivery is on time. Response rate is slow, reason listed by them is huge pending orders. Anyways I'm still happy that I found the part thanks Chris.

Scammers, not at this address. Not this phone number. Physically went to get a refund on a car door $575 that never showed. Talked to them to confirm the address and said yep we're sitting here but it's not your business it's East Side Auto Salvage. Then the guy says let me get Ralph. He hung up on us and the salesperson Ralph's number, working last night, is now disconnected.
