I have been going to Montclair Auto for 25 years and I have gotten the best service ever Michelle is the greatest she really takes care of her customers like their family

Front side fender kept popping out and went to body shop and Michelle helped me on the spot and advised it was nothing to worry about instead of advising of issues and trying to make some $ off me. Appreciated her looking at my car immediately and being honest about things. This is the kind of place you want to do business with.

This place overlooks. I don't have rental coverage with my auto insurance so have to pay out of pocket. They didn't start or even "touch" my car for 7 days! Don't bring your repair work to them.

First and for most, I am fairly reasonable when it comes to time-frame as long as I am notified professionally. I brought my car in at Montclair Auto Body at July 6, 2021. They told me they are going to work repair/replace the suspension, clean driver & front passenger seats, fix/readjust the front bumper. Now, it's August 13, 2021 and I am still waiting for them to get my vehicle back. I am a full-time nursing student and I work on weekends; essentially,  I need my car everyday to get to school and work. I don't think they realize the importance or severity of my strong need of transportation or even genuinely care about anyone's (at least mine)  circumstances. I spoke to a gentleman a week ago, estimating that the vehicle will be ready by today (Friday), August 13, 2021. I called them

Michelle and the team at Montclair Auto Body are great. Had my worries about handling the insurance company for my claim and was very happy that they handled the insurance company all the way through. Their work make my vehicle look perfect. The lines and gaps were spot on.
