Montclare Senior Residences of Calumet Heights

Very nice place, well kept they have a beauty shop, work out room , doctor office you can have your doctor come and do your check up here ,atm, etc

This is a l very nice senior building. Very secure, excellent entry procedures. The exterior is well kept. The interior is also excellent, very well appointed, with good amenities. Handicapped accessible entry and exit with elevators. There are recreational areas inside and outside, including gazebos and sitting areas. The apartments are spacious and equipped with safety measures, including safety bars in the bathrooms. There is plenty of residential parking. The only issue is that as a visitor, I felt less than 12 visitor parking spots for a building this size was not very reasonable, especially on a holiday, I wouldn't like to have my vehicle towed.

The receptionist HAS A VERY NASTY ATTITUDE when I inquired of the place for my elderly relative! I WOULDN'T recommend this place to anyone! If they don't like their jobs,they should quit! I don't want them talking to my relative in that tone! We were able to find my relative a MUCH NICER senior suite.

I love my place it is very spacious. The staff is very helpful and respectful Richard, Dane, Jerry & Devin hats off to you. Special thanks to Ms. Davis and Ms McGuire is a sweetheart . I will be glad when Covid-19 is over and everyone has had the vaccine and we can come together in the community room. So for now we enjoy sitting and jaw jacking in the lobby.

I was told when I moved in this building it was a smoke free building. I can't even sleep due marijuana and cigarette smoke throughout the night. I complained to Management and she said " There's nothing she can do about it. At this point I want break my lease or contact Housing about this matter.
