Monte Motor Sales

I had an issue with a windshield install, and Monte Motor Sales has been incredibly kind and accommodating through the entire process. I’ve had a bit of a headache dealing with my insurance company through this process, but the gal at the front desk went above and beyond to reassure me that they’d do everything they could to take care of it. When it came time for the replacement and install, the gentleman from the back shop was kind, detailed, and took the time to explain what was happening and how they were addressing the issue. I’m very grateful to have a shop like this here in Montevideo. These are good, quality people who genuinely care about their customers. Highly recommend!

I do not recommend this dealer for people in the Twin Cities. They seem like a shady business. Jon gave a quote for a vehicle and thank god I called before I headed over there. I spoke with the rep and told her I would call back in 10-15 from the bank for the purchase agreement. I advised her that it needed to be the quote I prearranged. She said she would look into it. I called back in 10-15 minutes from the bank and the DID NOT answer the phone. I called 5x and no one answered each time. I left the bank and went home instead of heading out to Montevideo and contacted the dealer from facebook. The salesman said that he wouldn't be able to keep the quote and said that it would be over 1k more. I think this company will tell you things that sounds good to get you to walk thru the door and s
