Our only car wouldn't start and we had a funeral in North Jersey the next day. AAA got it started, but said we needed a new starter. I called a local mechanic we've used before and my dealer, and neither one could look at it right away. I checked back on the Mt Airy Facebook page and saw that q many people recommended Monte's. Monte and Sons folks were kind and helpful. They got it done that day. They also gave me rides home and back to their place to pick up my car. The work and pricing were explained. I was very happy with the service provided!

I love these guys. Every time I come here, they remember me and my car, they give me honest and helpful support and suggestions, and they do very good work. Picture the car guys from NPR in Germantown. I was so happy to move back to the neighborhood because I knew I had a great mechanic in within walking distance. Thanks!

I can’t express enough my gratitude for these guys. My wife was in from out of state visiting our daughter in college when her Honda Accord became a target for thieves. After just two days of being parked on Tulpenhocken St. her catalytic converter was stolen. Not knowing what to do or where to go from there, she limped it in (noisily) to Monty & Sons. Compassionately, they jumped right to work, salvaging what they could of the old exhaust pipe to save us some money, installing the new CC and getting her back on the road by the very next day. I just want to express my thanks to these fellas who showed that decent human beings are still out there! Thank you guys. Fly eagles fly!

I love Monte and sons. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and affordable. I really trust them! My car is old (97 Honda civic) but I love it and take good care of it. They are super supportive and non-judgemental and I feel like they care as much about my car as I do!
