Monteith's Best-One Tire & Service of Middlebury

Got my tires through them and that went fine but less than a year later I went for rotation and alignment and they can’t align it because of slight movement. Less than a year since they worked on it and apparently it’s so bad they can’t do an alignment. And to top it off I get free rotation with my tires but they chose not to rotate them for me and still charged me $43 for setting up to do an alignment. They said they would do it all at the same time but honestly I don’t know if I’ll be back.

This is a great shop. They were able to balance some oversized tires that several other shops failed to balance correctly. Wish I would of found them first. Fair pricing as well

I've been buying tires and getting alignments done here for years and have always been pleased with the services. Just yesterday, I took in a tire & wheel off my pickup that had a slight leak and they took care of me as soon as they could. I know they were busy as the waiting room was about full. The friendly service at the counter is greatly appreciated, too!

Got a flat this morning at work. Stupid tire sat like that for 11 hrs. I work right down the street from here so I drove down after work. Had some of the Best customer service I’ve had in a Long time . They not only fixed it but also gave me a used tire Free so I would not be driving with wires showing since it sat so long. Very nice people to do business with. Definitely be back

The only thing I would purchase from them is tires. I came in to get them rotated, since I purchased them here. After the tires were rotated, the front end was making a loud noise. So I took the car back in, they suggested getting an alignment. However, before they could do the alignment, there was $1700 worth of things that "needed"to be fixed. I did not do that. And my trusted mechanic said those things did not need to be fixed! This is what this Monteith is known for!!!! I warn you, DO NOT do business with them!!!! They just want your money!
