I can’t say enough positive things about Monterrey Tire Center. I went by one day as my tire had low pressure. Seemed to be a valve stem. The mechanics were super polite all was done in 20min and cost was $30. Whelp I had low pressure again the next day… another mechanic found a nail that we didn’t see the other day. Fixed in 15min… no charge. image below. If you need any tire repairs or assistance… go here!! Support local!

I am always impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the staff here. This is my go to price for all of my tire problems since I moved here a few years ago. Too bad I don't speak spanish, but if you do, you will make good friends here. Still, they are honest with pricing, friendly, never over sell their products. They see you as their neighbors. They also have mechanic services with very reasonable pricing. I had come here several times to get second opinions on recommendations by car dealers. Also, they close later than most of the shops. 7 days a week.

The service is usually good, but today I had a bad experience. I was waiting for the place to open at 8:00 a.m. At 8:10, I asked an employee parked in a black SUV outside (Francisco, I was told it was his name) what time they open. He replied, “Whenever the doors are open.” I asked again for an average time because I was in a rush to get to work after fixing my tire, and he repeated the same answer, "whenever the doors are open". I almost left and did not plan to ever come back. It’s unfortunate, because everyone else is usually very nice, professional, and fast. It’s sad that employees like this can cause a good business to lose loyal customers. Taking into consideration I decided to wait, and the service by the other employees was friendly and profesional as always.

Dishonesty at its finest. Prior to arrival I select a pair of tires from their website that show “Availability: In Stock” and upon arrival, they only have two of the several advertise in my size actually in stock. I was told they can get them next day so I get quoted a price almost twice as much as each tire advertised online as “Installed $#.##” The only explanation I get is that it’s a mistake Online. If integrity means nothing then this is your place.

I came in with a flat tire and Luis did an amazing job helping me out.He provided me an amazing tire and make sure I was well taken care of. He even balanced all of my tires pressure. This place has great prices and even greater service. I would 10/10 recommend this shop.
