Monte provided an estimate to fix our car after we hit a deer. It was very thorough, including the parts needed with the supplier name and the cost. The insurance adjuster then went to the shop and wrote up an estimate that was $1,400 higher than what Monte had said. The insurance company did not pay Monte directly. They paid us for us to pay Monte when the car was fixed. When we returned to pick up the car he charged us exactly what the insurance adjuster had quoted which was $1,400 higher than he had originally quoted us. I mentioned at the time that it rose quite a bit from what he initially told us and he just said things turn up when you get in there and start working on it. Called Monte to make sure he was still working in the rain and came by his shop 15 minutes later. They took care of me right away. Amazing job for an even better price. I highly recommend them.

Brought my car in for an estimate, he got it back to me immediately and was very flexible scheduling dates to work on the car. The car needed a new side panel, back bumper, and tail light. I dropped it off on a Monday and he was already finished by Wednesday! Wasn’t able to pick up the car until Monday and he didn’t mind at all. He handled insurance questions and called throughout the process to give updates. Great service and highly recommend!
