I had a recall in my vehicle that Bob Hook notified me about. I spent a month trying to get an appointment and they made it impossible. I called Montgomery Chevrolet and spoke with Morgan and she was extremely knowledgeable about the recall and its procedure and got me scheduled for an appointment the very next day.
