Well let’s see where start drop my truck off at the body shop October 5th because it was in an accident so about the middle of November probably being generous I go pick it hadn’t been washed put 1 new rim on so truck looks goofy one new running board when the receipt I got says running board kit almost 900.00. Get it home it runs hot when I showed them it was pouring out of the radiator when out first dropped it off will they didn’t even look at that because according to them and progressive a side impact can’t cause a radiator leak so had it less then 12 hours took it back still no truck and gonna cost me 1200.00 for it to be fixed. Seems kinda messed up in my book but hey might get it by next year fingers crossed.

You reserve an appointment and you still have to wait in line? I scheduled 2 weeks out. When I got there, Morgan said I would hear from them that same day or following business day. I called in 3 days later and they said I was next in line (lucky me). Finally, got an answer the next day, and then they worked on it for 2 more. One week waiting, bill escalated from $500 to $1,800. Would not recommend.

I finally found a Chevrolet dealer service department that knew how to correct a transponder key that didn't match the VIN#. I also noticed the USB charging ports in the customer lounge chairs. The customer service lounge had many neat dealer history photos. This confirms that THIS DEALER has been around a long time, serving Chevrolet customers in the Louisville area.

Do not bring your vehicle here, they do not complete the service that you pay for. Said they rotated my tires, but they did not. I had marked them and after I told them… then they said we are busy today and they must have missed it. Then told me I can reschedule. I waited 1:45, Sad to say there Montgomery Chevrolet Service Department, but any 10 min oil change place is better than you. You SUCK! You will never touch my vehicle again.
