Honestly don’t waste your time . They didn’t clean the car at all . They are power washing the cars and not spraying the entire car down to remove dirt before entering the car wash . The entire top of is dirty they didn’t clean the mats and we got the diamond package which is supposed to be the best one . The whole top of the car is dirty . They didn’t spray it at all . We were supposed to get a wax & they didn’t wax anything. They are doing half the job & just rushing through everything. I would not recommend going here ! The manager sat in my face and said the power washers weren’t working . When they are clearly power washing the cars . A WASTE OF TIME

I wish I could give this place no stars. I was really disappointed with the service at Montgomery Village Car Wash. After paying for the wash, my windows were still visibly dirty, the interior wasn’t properly vacuumed, and areas like the doors and door frames were completely untouched. There was still dust and debris in the corners and along the sides of the seats, which made it seem like the vacuuming was rushed or barely done. What was most frustrating was that basic areas you’d expect to be wiped down — like the inside of the doors and the doorways — were not cleaned at all. For the price I paid, I expected much more attention to detail. Overall the job felt very rushed and careless. I hope management improves their quality because this experience was really disappointing.

Today I went to this place to wash my car, but I realized that the quality of the service is extremely poor. The cleaning was very superficial and my car was left dirty. The worst part of all is the terrible customer service from the owner. I had a very uncomfortable moment with the owner. Since my car was still dirty, I grabbed a cloth that I found nearby to finish cleaning the parts they didn’t do properly, even though I had already paid for the service. The customer next to me was doing the exact same thing for the same reason. This lady approached me, rudely took the cloth out of my hands, and told me I had to leave the place while making rude gestures. It’s very disappointing to pay for a poorly done service and then be treated badly. The owner has a lot to learn about how to provide

The first time I came here they did a decent job, so this time I decided to get the Platinum package. Unfortunately, it was a big disappointment. I made the mistake of tipping before checking the car, and when I finally looked it over I noticed there was still trash inside and the interior clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. Even the front end of the car still had dirt on it. I tried calling to address the issue, but they hung up on me once I started explaining my complaint and then never answered the phone again. Because of that experience, I won’t be coming back.
