I was able to get an idea of the problem from the initial call and was able to bring my car by the next morning which was what I needed. I was provided a ride to work close by which was much appreciated and great service. I was called shortly after about the problem and I felt that he had some empathy and explained the problem well. I am not sure that I got the best price but he was able to work with me somewhat which I appreciated.The car was finished the same afternoon and I was called about it immediately and the issue was fixed. Overall the service was friendly and quick!

They are nice people, and they get the job done. The only thing I didn't like was they are not well organized. A decent waiting area for customers would go a long way. Also, having someone there all the time so that when a new customer enters, he/she doesn't have to wait for 10 minutes.

It was great for 12+ years and then in 2019 a manager took advantage of me and charged $1,200 for PARTS (sensors) that he said were hard to come by but I found out they were readily available for under $200. I spoke to the owner who backed up the manager but we eventually came to a resolution. As a result my trust with them is broken and I can no longer recommend them to friends. I have full documentation to back this up.

I called them yesterday to get a price check on tires and their availability which they told me the price for out the door including sales tax. Patrick told me the warehouse had my tires in stock and to call him back. I called them this morning around 7:30 am to see if they could get my tires today. They called me back around 11:30 am ish and told me I could bring my car in today at 1:30 pm and they would change them. I brought my car in and they were all friendly and Patrick kept me updated on what was going on. Thanks for your service.

I would bring my car for simple oil changes and inspections, and after leaving the shop, my vehicle would always have something wrong with it. Oil Spilled all over engine Crack windshield Crack oil pan Hoses would come off Torn tire on installation List goes on... Maybe a coincidence, but unlikely. Patrick is a nice enough dude, but would never go back.
