We cannot overstate how great this shop has been in a really difficult time for us. My husband hit a deer with our Subaru and we used insurance to get it repaired with Montrose Auto Body- they did a GREAT job on the repairs, ensuring that everything was fixed, using genuine Subaru parts. The insurance initially quoted a much lower price to repair and they were able to successfully negotiate the much higher repair costs to make sure everything was done right. It was such a smooth and painless process. Unfortunately, 6 days after getting our car back, I hit a huge deer in the same exact spot on the car as the last hit, so we sent it back to MAB. Wrecking my personal car of 21 years was emotionally very sad.Not only did they give me excellent advice and service ,but added a very generous heaping dose of compassion and empathy.They obviously truly care about everything they do ,and treated me as an important individual, not just another customer.I can and will highly recommend them!!!

Just stopped in with my ford sprinter van and they were so nice!!! The alignment was off on my passenger side door and they fixed it within 3 mins and didn’t charge me. Everyone was so nice. 10/10 recommend !!! Great people.

The customer service is excellent! They keep you updated on your vehicle via emails and I just loved it. My car looked great when it was done. The staff was very professional. I was use them again and recommend them if anyone is in need. Great job!

I've been a loyal customer for many years. Montrose Auto Body has never disappointed me. In fact, they continue to surprise me with excellent service, very reasonable costs and a quick turn around every time. They always leave my vehicle cleaner that it was when I brought it in.
