I highly recommend this shop. Their customer service is unmatched, they do great work, and the price is right. Getting your car worked on is usually a nightmare. My experience getting a couple repairs completed at Montvale was awesome. I can’t recommend this place enough. Exceptional customer service and they do a fantastic job on your car at a price you can afford.

I’m from New York and I got stuck while I was in Massachusetts. Unsure of where to go, I got my car towed to Montvale Auto Care because of their good reviews. I’m so glad that I did! Tim could not have been more helpful and more communicative. Fair pricing and the job was done in a timely manner! Cheaper and faster than my mechanic back in New York! I had a Genesis G80 with a starter issue and the shop did a great job keeping me informed along the way. This turned out to be more complicated than they estimated yet they charged me labor of just 3 hours when it took them 12+. We need more honest hard working people who do the right thing like the folks at Mondale!

Tim is amazing! I noticed multiple issues with my car and brought it to Tim for a diagnostic. I was really blown away by his kindness, his ability to fit me in with minimal notice, and his honesty (he told me there were no issues with my brakes, which was my top concern). I've never encountered a mechanic with such integrity and eagerness to help - could not recommend him and Montvale more. Will definitely be back for future service needs!

Went in for a nail in my tire and in 10 minutes i was on my way. Even found another tire issue and fixed it at no cost. Great service, friendly staff. Definitely recommend!
