Was my first time buying parts there. They accidentally gave me the wrong axle. It cost me a extra 180.00 caz my mechanic installed it and had to take it off. And put the right one on. They also gave me the wrong sized SPARK PLUGS. SO BE CAREFUL WITH THIS PLACE. I DID GET MY REPLACEMENTS. JUSY COST ME ALOTTA RUNNING BACK AND FORTH.

Customer service is awesome. I had purchased some parts the day before, but had to return them, because they were not the correct ones. When we went in to exchange them, Brianna and Kevin were very helpful in finding the correct ones. The two of them worked together searching for about 20 minutes, even with the phones ringing non-stop, they were able to juggle the phone calls and help us the whole while being very calm and friendly. They were persistent and didn't give up. Even better, yet they were able to find the correct parts, which they had in stock. These two employees were professional, and easy to talk to. We will definitly be be coming back to the Antioch location in the future.
