Moodys Collision

I don't recommend them to anyone. Took my car to them bc they are a part of Allstate's Good Hands Provider. I had hail damage to my car and it was really bad. The body of the car looks okay, the interior is what they messed up. I had to get another body shop to fix what they messed up. They put off market parts on my NEW car!! They get over on people! Don't use them!

Took my car here after my wife was in a wreck. They did a fine job repairing the body. When we picked the car up, we noticed the air was not blowing cold. We took it back and at first the person told my wife the ac just needed blown out. When I called again, they told me that the issue was a door actuator, that it was a common issue with my car. He told me to Google it. I explained that the air worked perfectly before the collision. He stated it’d be over $800 to repair it. We called insurance and Moodys must have told them that it was a previous issue not caused by the wreck.(although the air was cold and perfect prior to the accident.) Insurance said that we had to take it to a dealer to prove it happened during the wreck. At this point I knew it would cost more to prove Moody’s neglige

I recently was involved in a minor car accident and requested for my vehicle to be taken to Moody’s. My vehicle was ready to be picked up ahead of the estimated completion date and looks great! A huge thanks to Moody’s 😊

My car looked excellent when I picked it up and looked to have been washed too. It took less than a week to fix. Lady at front desk was alot of help to me. I had went on vacation mid them fixing my car they had no issue with my car sitting there until I could get back to pick it up. Definitely will use again if I ever have this problem!
