By far one of the worst places to bring you're car, my step father hit my car and this was the place his insurance company recommended, brought it there and not only did they not fix my car they cut corners with fixing it and proceeded to say that my car was fine and my bumper and trunk are aligned and that the chipped paint where they painted mind you, that is just how the car is designed... well it was not because it was then brought to the lexus dealer ship and it was another 6,000 dollars to fix and billed to the insurance company, not only that but before it went to the lexus dealership I left my car 3 separate times at moodys and told them that my car isn't right, after the third time I called my step fathers insurance company and they told me that none of this work was done properl

Couldn’t be happier with the service I received at Moodys Collision in Lewiston, ME! After an incident involving my Toyota and a Jersey barrier, they were able to get my car in the shop and complete the necessary body work in 3 days. It’s like nothing ever happened. Thank you Stuart and all the techs that worked on my vehicle — I am one happy customer!

Terrible customer service skills. Just did a rebuild and upgrade on my 2011 tahoe after a collision. Needing time to fine tune and make adjustments before it can be sent to the body shop. The rep. stated it seems like a long time for a tune and that he had done them before and they didn't take this such time. His tone and accusing manner honestly has put me off from ever taking any of my 5 vehicles to Moody's Collision. If a customer wants to take their time with their vehicle repair, that's their choice.

I’ve called numerous times, they’re open, over the span of 3 hours and not once have they picked up.

I have nothing but great things to say about this place! I took my Mini Cooper here to get it fixed because it was hit while it was parked and all the employees here were amazing to work with and made the process of getting it fixed super easy! I would definitely recommend this place for their great service and friendliness!
