Great sales team. Absolutely frustrating service department. Look elsewhere for your new truck! BLUF: I’ve had multiple issues with my truck, and getting this dealership to take responsibility or fix things has been awful. Issue #1 – Squeaky master belt I brought my truck in for a squeaky belt and was told, “It’s just the weather.” Then on a later visit, the service manager himself told me, “Hey man, you should really get your master belt replaced.” So which is it? The belt didn’t actually get replaced until after four separate service visits. That’s four times I had to rearrange my schedule for something that should have been handled correctly the first time. I accompanied my friend in purchasing a Subaru Crosstrek yesterday from this dealership. A gentleman wearing a bucket hat and a gorgeous smile came out of the vehicle at the end of the purchase, and I asked him his name (Nick). I have to say that the detailing on this car was absolutely impeccable and his professionalism was noteworthy. I hope that this dealership knows they’ve got an absolute gem on their team. I was in the Jacksonville area for a while and needed an oil change and to have my truck looked over since I travel a lot. When I brought it in they took it right away and I probably waited about an hour which was amazing!!! Then this past weekend my AC decided to crap out- funny a week before I am leaving the area! Luckily I was able to schedule an appointment! Again my truck was taken in right away and diagnosed within an hour! they were nice enough to give me a ride home since it was going to take a few hours-said possibly may keep overnight which was ok. But then I got a call from my service advisor Allen letting me know it was ready to go! Now from experience with dealerships this NEVER happens! Had appointment at 7 AM on 4 Feb 26. Took car over about 3 PM on the 3rd so we weren't worried about driving first thing in the morning after the recent snow storm. Dropped car off with two planned stops on way home. Made one (not long) stop on Western Blvd and before we got to the second stop on Yopp Rd we already had a text saying the car was ready for pickup. Hadn't occurred to us they were going to work on it that afternoon. Great experiences every time we've been to their service department.

Absolutely enjoyed my experience at Moore Buick GMC in Jacksonville. I drove from Wilmington to Jacksonville today and purchased a 2025 Buick Envista. The entire experience was professional, organized and the employees we interacted with were courteous, friendly and very helpful. Left there with exactly what I came for, the price i wanted and it took less than 3 hours to accomplish it all while at the dealership. Which is unheard of these days. You normally spend anywhere from 4-6 hours buying a car. Not today. Very pleased with the vehicle and my experience there. I recommend 10/10.
