Landon discussed the extended warranty that I was looking into buying in great detail. He also went over the High points,the value of this extended warranty, how the extended warranty works, what might need repairing with a used car along with price comparison with and without the warranty, and the best part that Moore’s will work with that extended warranty program. He not only sold the extended warranty and he reassured me on the vehicle and warranty! MOST of ALL, He earned my business from now on! Thanks Again, Landon!

My dad and I drove 3 hours to see a ford explorer they had for sale. When we showed up he had another group of people to look at and they had drove from Memphis to look at the vehicle also and the owner stopped answering the phone for us and them. After about 20 minutes he drives up in the vehicle he lets my dad look under the hood and it was rust and a white milky substance in the oil cap and he told him that usually indicates a blown head gasket. When my dad said this to the man he got a bad attitude and then proceeded to try to get the other people to buy it. That is very unprofessional and evil for them to try to sell a messed up vehicle to someone. Just be aware when doing business with them.

Well I drove 3 hours with my daughter to this car shop to look at a 2007 Ford explorer. When I got there there was someone else sitting there from Memphis Tennessee as well wanted to look at the same car. Once I got there no answer on the phone no communication between me an owner. Finally after about 20 minutes they brung the Ford explorer to the shop pop the hood I took the oil cap off and it had yellow milky substances under it which indicates the blown head gasket once I stated this the owner got a bad attitude with me and wanted me to leave where the other person could still buy the useless car from Moore's automotive in Union Mississippi. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone!!!!!!
