Absolute best customer service and very trustworthy! They are doing great serving our community and they are honest! They aren't going to take you for a ride and try to get rich off of you! Most important part is my wife is able to go to them and trust them. That alone means everything when it comes to having mechanic work done!

I took my 2016 expedition in for a blower not working. The pig tail was unhooked cut from wires. It needed re wired. $358.00 later still no working blower. Moores tech couldn’t figure it out. Took it to Jenkins and $195.00 more and it’s fixed. Moore said oh well. We took your money too bad. Horrible experience and would not recommend!!! Despite the replie below I did mention that the wires were cut! Perhaps Miss Moore could learn to read! Her 20 year old mechanic spent all day chasing his tail! Because he didn’t know how to follow a schematic! The bottom line is it was brought to Moores for repairs and left unrepaired! Client was charged $358.00 to leave with the unresolved issue! The Client then had to pay a PROFESSIONAL $195.00 more to actually fix the issue! You know someone

So far so good. Friendly staff, and an amazing waiting area, especially if you've got the young ones in tow.
