I was driving past Moorhead Auto Care when I decided to pull in to see if they could fix my A/C which had stopped blowing cold air a few days ago. I was impressed with the customer service immediately. I was able to get my car serviced the same afternoon. Even after discovering the condenser was leaking, they were able to get a new condenser within 45 minutes and finished the job while I waited. I was apprised of all costs in advance. It was my first time at Moorhead but it won't be my last. I'm grateful for their quality work.

This place is a little more expensive than some others, but it is absolutely worth every penny. I've never experienced such great customer service. They kept me very well informed with everything that was happening, their inspection process was incredibly detailed with photos, descriptions and explanations and they did the repairs quickly and kept me informed about cost and pricing as I went. Now my Gen3 Prelude is back in shape and running well. I will definitely be making this my go to shop.

$195 to diagnose engine light and that doesn't go towards the repair if you decide to get the work done there. CROOKS (----- UPDATE 2/25/26) I never not once called this shop I came in in person and asked the guy at counter how much to diagnose the a check engine light he immediately replied $195 I told him that's fine and than asked if that fee would be put toward the repair if I got it repaired there he than immediately replied no not at this shop so I left and than left a review about the situation my experience was a one star experience that's was that couple days go by I see a reply from the management/ owner of the establishment pretty much insinuating tha in lying and referring to some recorded phone call that never happened and pretty much saying that I've left reviews at numero

Took my Tahoe in for an inspection of my transmission. I received a thorough report on the problem and needed repair. I also received a report on other vehicle systems. All this info was extremely helpful. The team at Moorehead are top notch. Very professional and welcoming. Finding a shop and mechanic you can trust can be challenging at times. I strongly recommend Moorehead Automotive. They have earned my trust and respect.

We are relatively new to the area and it's really hard to start from scratch when you get to know a place. Friendly service. Consistent communication with the staff. Follow up with diagnostics and pricing given. Never felt like they were ripping me off. Even when I sent my wife for me to get my car checked out, the customer service and communication followed through! Highly recommend this shop!
