I went to this website to see if I could find a gas cap for my 2020 RAM 1500 BIGHORN. It asked me for general information which the website said that the gas cap on hand would fit. GREAT. I ordered it for a total of 47.00 I receive it and it DOES NOT FIT. I get in touch and MOPAR PARTS GIANT claimed it is non-refundable. So now I have a gas tank that is not for my truck mind you I have not even tested it out. They claim that fuel components are not returnable. I DID NOT USE IT.
Ordered parts, bc they used USPS (worst!) there was a tracking number but zero movement for 3 days. Package showed up 8 days later, well I found the parts elsewhere so don’t need. Now they want to charge me 20% restock fee and hit me with return shipping. Seems like nobody with common sense works here. Hard pass if you need parts from them.
If I could give less than one star I would. They sent me the wrong parts. It has been over two weeks trying to return. It is constant runaround.
Will no process a return and will not Help at all
