Moppert Auto Collision

If you’re in need of a body shop Moppert is the right one to use. I had the best experience with these folks, my jeep was hit so I brought it in for an estimate and ended up bringing it to them for the repair. It starts at the front desk with Ashley who handles everything for you, she made all the phone calls dealing with the insurance company and also arranged a rental for me. Moppert was timely with my repair and even called me with an update after having my jeep a few days. I was impressed when picking my jeep up with the quality of work and the paint matching perfectly. After 50+ years in the automotive business I can confidently recommend Moppert, they under promised and over delivered in exceeding my expectations. Thank you Moppert Bros.

Honestly I have nothing but great things to say about Moppert. My 2011 BMW was hit on 5/31/2024 where the other driver was deemed at clear fault, so their insurance chose moppert as their preferred collision repair center. After getting it towed there, within the hour I was contacted by moppert to authorize work on the car for disassembly and repair estimation. They contacted me stating the amount that’s estimated so far in just replacement parts, body damage repair, paint and labor for the external items and said that’s not even including the suspension damage and work that’s left as an open ticket since it could not be estimated until repairs were actually being authorized by the insurance company and being made. I was in a bad car accident (not to the fault of my own) totaling my car leaving me to settle prices with insurance (company not to be mentioned). I took very good care of my car and any aftermarket parts were installed correctly with documentation of every piece, and of course I kept all of the original parts that I had replaced. The insurance company wanted to try and evaluate the car (with an abundance of additional costs in aftermarket parts into it) as the cost of the base model edition...and my car was even an upgraded spec from factory without all the parts I put on it! In an attempt to save myself thousands of dollars in lost money I had called Moppert Auto Collision to see if they could help me with removing all of the aftermarket parts and replacing them with the original parts

So far I’m having a terrible time. I’m getting my Tesla repaired here. And they never call with updates. And right now my Tesla is supposed to get aligned at the Tesla service center and had an appointment of 2pm and the car is still sitting at moppert as of 3pm. They had my car for 40days and I have no clear pick up time
