It's always hard to find a machanic you can trust. These guys did an excellent job on the car. The price came in under the quote they gave me (which is very rare in this business), and an annoying door lock issue I did not tell them about, they just fixed and didn't charge me for it. It happened to be as simple as replacing a couple of fuses that were hard for me to get to, but they just did it. A Lexus dealership told me they wanted a $125 fee to inspect the car and if it was the fuses (I knew it was) another $125. I would highly recommend them for any work you need done. Class act.

Moraga Motors, Ron and his team are excellent. An excellent family run garage. They tell you what is needed and offer excellent value for money. We have all our vehicles serviced there and they have maintained them throughout. Glad we can support a good local business. Highly recommended.

So, you may find cheaper work somewhere else, and even good work. Weighing all things, including convenience, fair pricing, fair diagnostic service pricing and above all, integrity, I would say yes try them out. I encountered a situation where work which I requested could have been done, but it was suggested I get new tires, since they were in bad shape. They did a small job for me and everything is in perfect working order.

I have been going to Moraga Motors for about two years. Ron, the owner, and his whole team is fantastic to work with. I have had them perform all kinds of repairs and major maintenance on my cars. They performed numerous repairs on my 69’ Oldsmobile 442, 70’ Camaro and also my 06’ Charger R/T. They don't have tunnel vision when repairing your car. If they see something else concerning they will bring it up. They are fantastic at communicating and staying in touch. They will always be our families mechanic.

I've been going to Moraga Motors for about 5 years. I used to have my cars serviced at dealer, but when I moved to Moraga, I thought I'd try MM and have been very pleased. Great service, great people, great prices.
