Update: Roel, the owner, gave me a call and made it right. This is why I brought it to them, I trust them to make it right. Took my truck in to have it inspected for an oil leak. I went here because I knew the owner and his family and thought they were trust worthy. Truck turned out fine was just a bad oil filter, I figured while they had it just go ahead and do an oil change. Fast forward 1 year (i dont drive a ton) and its time for me to change my oil, there is no oil cap. I didnt notice it all this time and thats on me, but they left it off and that's on them. I called to see if they would be willing to complete an oil change and inspect it the salesman or whatever you call him was beating around the bush saying he doesnt know what I want even though I told him. I honestly can't recommend Jeff and the team at Morales Auto enough. We had a cracked flex plate on our 2018 Ford. We had taken it elsewhere and were told our "best case" was at least $10,000 but they suggested just taking it as a loss?? Well 2 weeks before Christmas that was not what we wanted to hear. Found Morales and took it in for a second opinion and man am I glad we did. Jeff was open, honest, and kept in near constant contact with me for updates throughout. Not only were they able to fix our car but for FAR FAR less than we were quoted! I HIGHLY recommend Jeff and the team at Morales. They will be the only place our family uses going forward ( however, lets hope that's not very often)

They were fast and efficient and very friendly. Also great pricing. I’ve been coming to this shop for nearly 5 years and they have always given me great prices and excellent service to my car. I highly recommend. For example my transmission fluid was a little low and instead of selling me a whole fluid flush they replaced a half quart and only charged me for that. When I leave there I know my car has fully been looked over and I have peace of mind that they checked everything. Their mechanics are Honda master certified and very knowledge about all cars.
