Two months to wait for parts. ( I was told one week. But no communication to let me know). Had my car for three weeks to be repaired after the parts showed up. (I was told one week. Once again, zero communication). It was a bumper and tailgate. When I came to pick it up 3 months into it, the paint did not match. This is a brand new car. The manager tried to gaslight me and tell me the paint matched. Helen Keller could tell it did not. One panel was pearl, one was flat off white. After she agreed to have it re-sprayed it matched perfectly. I’m not really quite sure about the lack of communication, the time in it took to have everything done and why the manager did not look at the paint after it was sprayed in the first place. I recently had my SUV in to Morehart body shop to get hail damage repair. I took my car in to get a pre inspection and notified them that the windshield had received a chip from the hail and now had spread into a crack. I then waited for Morehart to call me and then I took my car in to get repaired. I waited until I was called to come get my car and when I showed up to pick it up I noticed immediately that the clear coat on the hood and front bumper was not repaired. I then went to talk with Anthony and he would not come out to talk to me and look at the car. He instead sent a female worker out and she began to gaslight about the damage saying it was rock chips not hail that damaged my car. I suggest trying to get your body repairs done at Doug’s, not here at Morehart. I try to never leave negative reviews but I have to say I am disappointed in how my truck’s repair was handled. There was a very long wait for parts to come in, I think it was about five months. That was frustrating, especially the lack of communication, but I would have let it go. However, after the repairs were made, the backup camera was replaced with a much lower resolution camera, and the screen was damaged by some kind of solvent. I tried to address these problems with management but they said it was identical to New vehicles. It’s not. I have four vehicles with backup cameras and it looks worse than all of them. STAY AWAY. My Car got hit by a deer early November. Brought it in for an estimate and they said that They would be able to start repairs early january. That was a massive lie. When I called mid january to ask about the status they said another couple months..... I could have had it repaired by now at many other body shops in Durango. Dont make the mistake I made. Listen to the reviews for this place. They are bold faced liars who do not care about you and only care about making money. Find anyone else besides these crooks

After hitting a deer, I took my truck to Morehart Murphy for repairs. They were very friendly, communicated well and were able to get my truck in sooner than most other shops in town. My hood, fender and bumper were damaged, one headlight assembly was completely wiped out. They replaced the bumper, the headlight assembly and removed the dents from the hood and bumper. Of course they also repainted the damaged areas. When I picked my truck up I found there were a lot of swirl marks under the paint from the sanding (prior to painting) and a little running. I took my truck back the following Monday and got it back Thursday or Friday evening. They fixed most of it at this point but I found more sanding marks around my headlight assembly and had to take it back again (this time it was only a 2
