Rare is it to find a Service Tech as rude as the one my son came across for a warranty issue. If you’re have a bad day then picking on a young man is not the therapy you should seek. If you have a warranty issue then you are kind of stuck with this place, hopefully you get a different person. If you have the option to go somewhere else then you’ll increase your odds of not having to deal with something like this yourself.

easy to schedule. chatted with the service advisor who greeted me at dropoff. he sent me texts on progress. the waiting area was spacious and comfortable with coffee and snacks and free wifi.

What a team! We had a family member who experienced transmission problems on their Subaru outback in transit to Kansas. The Morehart Murphy Subaru Team seamlessly took the car in on a Saturday and completed pretty extensive transmission work first thing Monday morning to allow our team to stay on the road. Unbelievable Service and support! Hats off to Greg Roland, Jim Morehart, Andrew and Trevor in the service department and all of the incredible technicians who made this happen. Very much appreciated and Highly recommend!

The Service team is great, was able to squeeze me in while in the area since I live out of town. Also saved me money from replacing my brakes since I was told by a different company they needed replacing. Thanks

Will no longer service the 2005 Baja I bought there... When they were still servicing it 5 years ago it took them 4 years and multiple visits to figure out that an oil change they had done led to issues with the oil filter and o ring. Weird that they will no longer provide service to a vehicle that I bought from them.
