Morel auto glass

Rony came out and replaced our windshield a few months ago. We thought he was on time, fast and it looked good, we even tipped him! The next day it rained and water leaked all over our dash, leather seats, and carpet. Won't even go into the headache that caused us as our car was flooded with water. We have reached out to him over the last 2 months by calling and texting and he hasn't responded even once to attempt to just come reseal his work. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Do Not get a windshield replacement thru this guy!! Terrible service all around. You can only blame the language barrier so much. No time management skills, respect for privacy, or know how to successfully complete the job. Said he would be at my place by 3pm and didn't show up until after 7pm with no call to even warn me he'd be hours late. After reading the other reviews this is obviously his MO. Didn't finish til after 10pm because he sent another customer, so a stanger I do not know, to park in front of my house to get their windshield repaired, replaced or whatever! Where they also waited for the 4 hours!! Who does that?!? Like other reviewers, the windshield was not sealed properly so water and moisture come in now. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Had my cars windshield replaced by them. The guy left black caulking smears on the A pillars that won't clean off. He also didn't seal the windshield properly letting water and air in. Now everytime I drive my car it gets so loud because of the wind coming in. I can understand that sometimes mistakes happen but so far I've called them 3 different times to get this problem fixed and everytime the lady on the other line says that someone will show up around 5 to fix it. I wait and no one ever shows. No calls either to explain why they're not showing. They're neither reliable or professional and at this point I'm really over these people. If you're looking into getting your glass replaced save yourself from headaches and go with any other company other than this one.

He said he would show up at 3 and didn't arrive until 430. He installed the windshield poorly and did not seat the trim clips properly. He put tape on it but it didn't hold it down. Upon driving the car the windshield slid down and created a large open gap at the top letting air come inside the car and making it dangerous to drive. I have been begging him to come fix it for a week and a half but he just never shows up. He said he would if I brought the car to him but I can't drive with the windshield like it is. Will never use his service again!

The first day he said he would show up between 3 and 5 but that didn’t happened until 7 I said that’s fine but he had the wrong windshield so he had to come back and he changed the price on side said something over the phone and charged me something else on after he did the work and got mad at me and he wanted to take his classes back I would love to do that but I knew if I let him touch the car again he would case a damage and he did when he came the next day he broke the hand of the door and I didn’t release that until he left I texted him but no reply back I don’t recommend this guy at all. He cars about money only nothing else.
