He took care of me throughout the process — he was incredibly helpful and honest. The repair work of my GLA was top-notch — my car looked brand new when I picked it up. The paint matched perfectly and the bodywork was flawless. What really stood out was their commitment to quality and customer service. I can't recommend Moreno Auto Collision enough! I had parked my car overnight, and when I came out in the morning, the front bumper had been torn off! I called Moreno, very upset- I had no idea how to proceed. The owner/CEO Juan Chavez was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and supportive. He walked me through everything, from getting a police report to dealing with my insurance company and organizing a rental car. I felt so taken care of. When the work was done, I picked up my car and it looked BRAND NEW!! They even detailed the inside, and gave me Christmas cookies!! I was just blown away by the service I received- thank you, Juan, and thanks to all the guys at Moreno!!

I can’t speak highly enough of the people and the service at Moreno’s Auto Collision. This is a neighborhood auto repair shop that has been in Roslindale for over 25 years. If they weren’t honest folks, they wouldn’t still be in business. The owner, Moreno (aka Juan Chavez) and Bryan in the front office were wonderful—warm, personable, professional, and they made dealing with my insurance company so simple. You can see from the pictures what my car looked like before and after. Not only did they fix the outside so that you would never know that anything had happened, they touched up scuffs on both my sideview mirrors and cleaned the inside of my car immaculately. 10/10 very happy with my experience here. I got in an accident with someone that was making an illegal u-turn, thankfully no one was hurt. I brought my car to Moreno and it was the easiest process in the world. They handled everything with the insurance company and even negotiated with insurance to get me OEM parts. 2 weeks later, it's better than new. They even fixed my rims for free. Can't recommend this place enough.

Super professional & great responsiveness when calling. The work was done well - it was timely and of great quality. I would definitely recommend Moreno for your car care needs. I love that my car was spotless when I picked it up!
