I needed a smog today and it was super last minute. I called before heading over and I believe I spoke with the owner who was very friendly and told me there was one person there already so the wait would be 15 minutes (which is not long in my opinion). When I arrived, they greeted me and got started right away. I was not even 10 minutes away and they had already finished the customer who was there when I was on the phone. The process was easy and fast and they do everything they can to help. I had no issues or complaints. Highly recommend!
