Excellent customer service! From the moment I walked in I was greeted with professionalism by Johnny, Chris, and Mike. I brought my 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander to get lifted (1.5") on an early morning and was provided a shuttle service back home (which I greatly appreciated). My car was completed and ready for pick-up within a few hours. I had the pleasure of meeting Chris, the mechanic who worked on my car and thanked him for his quality work. My outlander now has a greater ground clearance and drives excellent. I'd like to give a special BIG Thank You! to Johnny, the service manager, Mike, Chris, and Chris, the mechanic who worked on my car. Satisfied customer.

Went above and beyond in service! After breaking down on the highway in our rented camper van, Morgan Automotive worked after hours to get our vehicle up and running so that we wouldn't miss our planned trip to Yosemite! We have such gratitude for the generosity they showed us. Van ran great throughout the rest of the trip!

The team at Morgan Automotive in Manteca was simply outstanding! I was merely traveling through this area on the I5 and had to be towed to their shop. After a deeply disappointing experience, I strongly advise against patronizing this shop at the recommendation of triple A. Despite their advertised 10% discount at partner shops, the exorbitant prices and blatant false advertising were appalling. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this establishment to fellow female patrons due to the unmistakable display of sexism. My interaction with an individual named Johnny Chavez was nothing short of traumatic. The initial assertion that the car needed to be retained for repairs, only to later claim that same-day service was possible, was bewildering.
