Amazing staff! This place is absolutely stunning. They all give the best service and you can tell they enjoy their career and strive to maintain 5 star quality for anyone who walks through the door. It's such a pleasure to see such kind hearted associates. Great job!

My Mom, Dottie, was at Balfour for about a year before she passed earlier this year. She and her dog Lilly stayed at Balfour in assisted living and then as her dementia worsened had to move to memory care without her dog. I want to say that Balfour was truly amazing to my mom. Food was great so I never hesitated to eat there with her on a very regular basis. But most importantly, the staff was incredible. The nurses and techs were so kind, supportive, and caring to her (and I) I can’t really single one person out. Things weren’t always perfect of course, but nowhere is in heath care of any type. But the true care for my mom and I showed every day and I will be forever grateful to everyone there. Management has created a culture of caring. That’s so hard in these challenging atmospheres. Th

I recently stopped by Balfour Longmont to drop off a welcome basket and introduce myself and our services at Homewatch CareGivers. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. People careful with your loved ones I went to report a employee and Christy or Chrissy didn't want to hear me out she said she couldn't discuss anything with me i think its was important to discuss that being said she did not put the safety of the residents first there is a employee that has a assault charge from last yr and has hurt another person badly i think they should due back ground checks before they hire someone to work with the elderly this is to the person that did not want to hear me out the Balfour assistant living facility P.S I dont think they are concern about the residents if they were they would of heard me out and looked into it

My jazz quartet played at Balfour Happy Hour. It’s always a treat for us to see our Balfour friends and to play in such a beautiful (acoustically, too!) room. We are hoping to be back soon!!
