Had my truck towed in. Charles, in the service department, clearly explained all the issues with it. He worked up an estimate with both factory and aftermarket parts. He also explained that there would probably be more that needed to be done due to the age of the vehicle and severity if the issues. He was very honest and went above and beyond my expectations. Great experience with everybody we worked with from Nathan our salesperson that was actually the reason we went to Morries's because I left my wife's name and email on website and he took the time to go out and video the vehicles we were interested in looking at to show us the inside and out of a couple of vehicles which we both felt was amazing because it obviously took some time.
