Morrie’s Chippewa Falls Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Service

My Wife and I recently had our Jeep serviced at Morrie's in Chippewa Falls, WI. We were both impressed with the promptness of the staff, the explanations provided of the service, and the fact that no one tried to "upsell" us on any unnecessary work. The waiting area was very clean and well appointed. Nice area to work while you wait. We plan to have our vehicles serviced here in the future.

Oh man. Where to start. First of all. Don’t get your service done here that’s for sure. I call back in October of 2025 to ask about a recall. They tell me they don’t have the parts and not sure when they will be in. I tell them to order the parts and call me. Just so happens to be that I needed oxygen sensors replaced this year and that if there’s time, work the oxygen parts in with the recall as the parts should be there by now. Turns out they never ordered the parts, the vehicle was done and they never called me to let me know the vehicle was done, leaving me with no car and me looking bad at my job having to catch a ride. Totally screwed my entire day and work the next morning. In their defense, they did take some money off for the inconvenience. However, my recall parts finally came in

I had a great experience getting some work done on my Jeep. I had an oil leak and also needed a wheel bearing replaced. Diagnosis’ only took a few hours (drop off appointment) and my estimate was accurate and reasonable. I was able to pick up my car the next day, too! The oil leak was a more complicated issue, so it wasn’t cheap but it came in at $1700 after tax, which was actually $100 below the estimate! Staff was also friendly and knowledgeable, I will definitely return for future needs.

It was time for my 6 month check up on my 17 Jeep Patriot, and Matt did a fantastic job explaining my oil change process and recommended replacing my spark plugs during my next visit. He was thorough, precise, and knowledgeable. I also appreciated the brief walk-through I received of the auto shop! I'll be bringing all of my vehicles here for maintenance, as the is the best service I've received thus far. Keep up the great work!

My Jeep's power transfer unit malfunctioned. Had Jeep towed and serviced here. Was given a loaner car per request, quick and easy. Morrie's took a stressful situation and made it feel like it never happened. I didn't go without transportation and the pickup of the repaired Jeep was smooth and quick. Warranty took care of the malfunction. I even got a full video walkthrough of my vehicle ensuring me every thing was in good working order. Thanks!
