Morris Transmission

Terrible service and work plus no communication , wont even answer my calls to ask updates about my vehicle, alvaro promise to complete my transmission repair within a week he ask me to paid half at front which i did and took over a month to supposedly the transmission repair. Yesterday finally returned my call and my vehicle was ready to be picked up. But today I took my vehicle to work and right away notice something was not working and the vehicle stop working and got stuck at the freeway. I call the shop again to inform about the issues and they won't answer my calls. The job was paid in full aswell. Now I dont know what to do or who to call. Very unfortunate experience. Any advice??

Zero stars if I could. They did not put everything back in its place after"repair" . Missing nuts and bolts under the hood panel, starter bolted back with only one screw instead of two, other parts just dumped in the car. I asked them to put back what I could see missing. The other ones I could not see were discovered under the hood by a different mechanic after my starter went out due to vibration and missing bolt. Terrible service, endangering customer lives.

He traído mi carro aquí para servicios de transmisión y siempre salgo satisfecha. Son honestos, explican todo con claridad y no hacen trabajos innecesarios. La atención al cliente es de lo mejor: amables, pacientes y siempre con buena disposición para ayudarte. Se nota que saben lo que hacen y que les importa que uno salga tranquilo. Excelente servicio. ¡Totalmente recomendado!

La verdad es difícil encontrar personas de confiar y en este taller encontré lo que buscaba calidad y excelente servicio muy contento son muy correctos y cumplidos con El tiempo de trabajo los recomiendo no se van arrepentir .
