Called at 6:30 am about my disabled car in a busy intersection and they had me out of there quickly. From the time I hung up to the time we were driving away less than 30 minutes. Very reasonable cost for a tow that was 30 minutes away.
What a poor experience. Think you're calling a local company with a name like Morrison, but get someone from an answering service on the phone during normal hours, barely speaks English, no knowledge of the local area, and difficult to deal with. Two call backs to verify information from individuals who barely speak english. Was told 45 mins. Took over 2 hours. Don't recommend.
