⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I brought my 2023 BMW X7 to Mosaic Motors in Falls Church for a brake service, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The entire team was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. They treated my vehicle with great care, completed the job efficiently, and their pricing was exceptionally fair — far better than what I would’ve paid at the dealership. It’s rare to find a shop that delivers high-end service, honesty, and real value all in one place. My BMW drives perfectly now. I’ll absolutely be returning to Mosaic Motors and highly recommend them to anyone who expects excellence

Mosaic Motors is far more than I expected both Services and Public Relations to customers that I’ve ever experienced. Excellent repair with quality control by the Manager included himself finally driving to make sure the services at Top Notch, even offering to take you home when dropped the car off for services. The Bill was transparently in every detail what they had serviced to the car with very reasonable price that you’re profoundly appreciated. From now on, this is auto repair station whenever my cars need help. Finally, thanks to Mosiac Motors Personnel to make my day 😁. Recommend to everyone…1000%.

Vic and his team consistently go above and beyond to provide service that is excellent in quality and very reasonable in price. He responds to his customers immediately, and makes us feel like family. Vic is honest and exceptional in the way he explains things and offers options before proceeding with work. I wish I had found Mosaic Motors when I moved to the DMV 8 tats ago.

I’ve been coming to Mosaic Motors for about 3 years now after the recommendation from my friend. Vic and Warren are so polite, funny, knowledgeable and helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure I get what I need and then some. We actually moved from across the street to Herndon and I still come here. I recommend everyone who talks to me about car troubles to them! I don’t trust my car with anyone else!

Went to them to change my timing belt on my acura mdx and water pump. gave them a timing belt kitfrom honda. After service was They gave me back a belt back from my kit and said it wasnt the right one for my vehicle even though i got the oem timing belt kit from honda for my vehicle. But they said they completed the job and got parts. ( i suspect they didnt) 20k miles later my timing belt snapped on highway and my engine is completely gone. ( as per the response to my review please correct it, You 100% did work on my car and its been verified)
