Moses Cadillac GMC

Had a great experience with Tim at Moses GMC Charleston. I had been in contact with him for over a week about the arrival of the truck. Tim kept me informed as to when and where the truck was it moved across states to finally land at Moses in Charleston. Once the truck arrived I was contacted and went up the next day to test drive it and look it over I did not get to the dealership until 4pm I had to work and it was over and hour drive. Once there we ending up making the deal that evening with Tim getting me a better rate than my credit union which I didn’t think could happen and he even stayed over after closing in the rain to help us get unloaded into our brand new 2025 GMC Sierra 2500 AT4. Moses Body Shop did an amazing job on my dodge charger. I was pretty upset when I came out and see that someone and hit my car and left. Moses made the process of getting my car fixed so easy. They handled everything with the insurance, made sure the rental company came to pick me up and if they hadn’t, they would have brought me to Enterprise, and they kept my up to date about my car. Everyone was very polite, professional, and wonderful to work with. When I got my car back, she looked even better than we I bought her! They even cleaned, and I mean CLEANED the inside of my car before I picked it up and made sure all my tires had air. I’m very happy with the service and have raved about it for weeks now. Thank you all so much for fixing my car.

Aaron was so very helpful through the entire process. He’s a pleasure to work with and made every step of the way as seamless as possible. Everyone we dealt with was just as nice. He even helped us call onstar and made SURE that we were taken care of before we drove off the lot. We will definitely be back the next time we need to purchase a vehicle. Nobody was pushy or overbearing and they kept us updated through the entire process. They were genuinely happy to be there and obviously all love their jobs. Not to mention we got a great deal. Wonderful experience buying a truck. Tim the salesman was awesome! Didn’t push the truck down our face when talking to us but still let us know how this was the vehicle for us. Then Chris the manager was also awesome to work with. We would definitely purchase a vehicle from those 2 gentlemen again!!
