Would like to offer my most stress-free and satisfied trip to a bodyshop ever. Mr. Dean Stump, Body Shop Manager was awesome to work with. He and his staff went above and beyond for me to ensure the repair was done flawlessly and being understanding with my schedule. I can’t say enough good about he and his staff. This is the worst experience I have had with an autobody shop. We were initially quoted 1-2 weeks for repair. It ended up taking 5 weeks. We had zero communication about our vehicle, except when I'd call to try and get an update. We picked up our car about 4 weeks ago and one of the trim pieces that were replaced was installed damaged. The manager noted it and said he would get a replacement ordered, we still have not gotten it replaced and the last communication I had was 2 weeks ago, that the piece was in and just had to be checked. I would give the work performed 4 stars, but the lack of communication from the service center will cause me to never use or recommend them again.

I was devastated when my 2022 bmw was in an accident. I was rear ended by a semi truck & pushed forward into another vehicle. I decided to take it to Moses & I’m so glad that I did. The damages were not extensive enough to warrant totaling the car. I was skeptical about having it repaired. I was pleasantly surprised by how it turned out. It drives & looks exactly the same as it did the day I bought it. David always replied to my emails, almost a quickly as I sent them. They have even gone above & beyond helping me with documentation that I needed that is not their responsibility. No one ever wants to have a damaged car, if you find yourself in a similar situation- call them! You will not be disappointed!

Brought two vehicles in due to hail damage. Paint was good turn around on both vehicles was long with updates only coming if you call and ask. my wife's hood came out crooked with the hood roughly 1/8 in off enough to not even hit the front hood seal. Car was covered in adhesive from the tape from painting on most the door trim, dash was covered in black soot from the repairs. I know it's minor but just wipe it off. My truck got it back looked good until started to notice the body adhesive they put to hold my hoodscoop flush is starting to come apart. They get the job done give them that, but felt rushed with none of the time saving.
