I’ve had a consistently poor experience with the parts department here. As a fleet manager with a large number of Ram trucks, I have to visit often, and it’s been very disappointing. The service reps clearly don’t enjoy their work, the phones are constantly placed on hold, and at times outright ignored. I even tested it while inside the store—called in and noticed the phone ring volume was turned down so low it was barely audible. Eventually, someone picked it up and hung it right back up without saying a word. That was unbelievable to witness. Because of these repeated issues, I can say with certainty that our company will not be purchasing Dodge or Ram vehicles for our fleet moving forward.

Worst place ever I live in Newberry springs near Barstow area called and spoke to a gentleman named Joshua told him my situation he told me I would have to come in to show them my vehicle to try to get approved and if I didn't get approved he will give me a full tank of gas I get there I was not approved they wasted my time I was lied to twice I was told they only do 30 $40 for gas when Joshua told me he would fill up my tank would definitely not recommend this place for getting a car second time I had a bad experience the first time that he sold me a car they had a jump start the battery and had rust on the rims when they told me it wasn't and I had mechanics confirmed that it was rust shows you all they care about is running your credit ruining it and trying to give you the highest inter

Don’t take your car here for any type of repairs , customer service sucks , not only that when I went for my belongings because I had to release the car my property’s where stolen the car had all already been looked through by the shop department, my steering wheel cover was off , coffee stains on center console , and parts of inside of the truck where kept by the department that where not damaged worst experience ever

Marlene at wholesale parts is very rude and not people friendly at all. I would personally recommend she not answer the phone if she’s going to be having attitude. I call this dealer often as my job does a lot of business, but today I personally felt like my business was not important to them. Will definitely be calling other dealerships from now on

I am done with Moss Bros in San Bernardino. They can never get things of a situation right while leaving me to be in danger when giving me back my vehicle. I recently dropped my car off to get it repaired on Tuesday 3-19-24. I went out of town & got a phone call about the problem & cost of every. I told them to “not touch it and when I come back in town I will pick it up” I got my car back Monday 3-25-24 drove off to find something is not right. I get home an pop open the hood of my car to see that I have “hoses loose, my steering cap is broken an placed on top nonsealed and can not lock, coolant jog cracked, and plenty of loose screws on my motor.
