I had a good experience at Mossy, Kyle was very helpful and he was actually interested in what my needs were and how he could get me in a vehicle that met them. At first glance I thought this place has no cars, but then they showed me a huge lot next door, and more cars on the roof. Their finance guy was doing financial gymnastics to get me in a car that meets my needs and the car that I wanted. Considering my situation he did a great job! The closer, was upfront and straight forward. So I forgot my glasses and I misread the contract which wasn't his fault, but we worked through my issues and landed the deal. Thanks guys for all your help!

Emilio was great to work with from start to finish. The whole process was smooth and easy, and he was very professional and easy to communicate with. Kyle actually worked with me too ensure I received the actually Toyota RAV4 Limited Hybrid with the exterior and interior colors I desired. Along with ensuring the Toyota RAV4 Limited Hybrid had all the accessiories I requested. Kyle actually worked with the Toyota Manufacturing Personnel to schedule the building of my RAV4.
