Excellent, affordable service!! Shoutout to Luis for being communicate and explaining the issues found in my vehicle. I really appreciated that they shared images & a summary of their findings throughout the service. I went in to get some sensors replaced, and during their inspection, they actually found the cause of an annoying rattle that I had been putting off for months because I had no idea what it was😅 They fixed that as well and now my little hot wheels is running so smooth and rattle-free again! And the car was ready within a couple days, which was really impressive. Will definitely return for my auto care needs. Thank you Mota Auto

I was helping my mom find a local shop to change the oil on her 2017 Lexus ES350. I saw good reviews online and made a last minute appointment for the end of the day. When I arrived, they were so busy….a double edge sword IMO. On one hand, that’s a good sign that they are a reputable shop. On the other, I was thinking I’d be waiting for a long time. But Veronica at the front was super cool and she checked with the team in the shop and had the car in the bay within 10 minutes. The team knocked out the full synthetic oil change, new filter, checked all fluids, topped everything off, and even did a visual inspection of brakes and tires—all in 35 minutes from drop-off to keys back in my hand. No upselling, no nonsense. Price was fair, and they reset my service light so I didn’t have to mess

This isnt your typical mechanic shop :) I brought my car here after my window was shattered and my key fob was disabled. Mota’s reconfigured my fob and replaced my window in 2 business days! Fair pricing and they ordered an uber to get home! They even cleaned out all of the glass on my seat and floor. It’s quality things like this that make such a difference in a stressful situation!

Second time being here for an oil change. Super fast service! I literally park my car upfront and they take care of the rest. Luis always very welcoming. Alex was able to provide additional information for my car maintenance. Definitely 10/10 service.
