Hands down the best auto repair experience I've ever had, dare I say the best customer service I've ever had. Raul and his team deliver quality work and do not cut corners. My front bumper and passenger side door were smashed so they also had to replace the right side headlight. Coincidentally my left side headlight also had some damage. Raul's team took the time to fix both lights instead of just fixing what they were required to do and worked out the details with my insurance. The paint job is also really clean. Everyone is helpful, professional and generous. I've already recommended them to all my coworkers. I trust their skill and work ethic completely. If I ever have any car issues in the future, I will go to them.

We had our Dodge Challenger repaired here and the service was absolutely amazing! The owner, Rand, was kind, gracious and very competitive with his pricing. They also have a super comfortable waiting room with couches and a big screen tv which displays the consideration these guys have for their customers. While it’s never a convenient time to get into an accident, two weeks before a cross-country move felt like one of the worst. Right after my accident I called Motec and left a message (after hours) and Roland called me right back. He said after hearing the situation he knew he should call back immediately. He sustained that level of responsiveness and helpfulness during the two weeks he was repairing my vehicle.
