I have been going to MOTEC for over five years and have never had a bad experience. As a matter of fact their service is so good I felt compelled to write this review. I'm not a review writing kind of guy. Yesterday I had a great experience getting the thermostat replaced on my Mercedes CLA 250. The team was professional, clearly explained what was needed, and had the repair done quickly. The car is running smoothly now and the temperature stays right where it should. Fair pricing, solid workmanship, and I’ll definitely be back if I need anything else.

I've gone to MOTEC multiple times for a variety of issues (clutch/transmission, radiator/thermostat, etc) and have left very happy each time. Overall, great value and great service. Adolfo is very professional and courteous, as is the staff. He's gone out of his way to accommodate a few of my requests, fit me on the schedule, and complete work in fewer days. There is a high level of transparency (taking photographs and showing customer parts), which I appreciate. The labor rates are very competitive and they have lots of parts readily available, though their stock parts I can often find cheaper.
